One of our main Core Values at King’s Church is being a “Family on Mission”. The first week of August have an awesome opportunity to work along side a mission’s group coming in from Texas. We are planning a week of events that will be spreading the good news of the Gospel and sharing about King’s Church to the surrounding areas of Standale/Walker/Tallmadge
8/5 Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night
King’s Church is partnering with Chick-Fil-A Standale and hosting an evening where we will have a couple hours to talk with patrons, share about King's church and open up gospel conversations with new friends in the area.
A portion of proceeds during the event goes to King's Church! Even if you or your family is unable to commit to volunteering that evening, it would still help support King’s if you came and ate between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m., it can even be drive-thru!!
Volunteers: We will be meeting at this event at 4:45 p.m. and will be there until 7:30 p.m. at the latest!

8/7 Millennium Park - Evening
The City of Walker has a wonderful community summer concert night where hundreds of people come for music, local vendors, and tons of kid’s activities. King's Church has a booth where we pass out free chips and waters, swag, and offer a raffle basket. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community in a casual setting. We pray this opens up for Gospel conversations and new friendships with the locals of the Walker/ Standale area
Volunteers: We meet at 5:45 p.m. for any last-minute set-up needed and then prayer before the event begins!
The Concert is from 6:30 p.m
